Preparedness & Responsiveness of NGOs, Social Clubs and Clinics in provision of services to Seniors

All of Lebanon suffered from the July 2006 war either directly where the destruction occurred or indirectly in regions where internally displaced persons were relocated. The impact of the conflict included the physical damage to homes and public infrastructures, economic losses, loss of human life, and socio-psychological distress. People feared the military attack, suffered the pressure of the blockade and many endured the strain of dislocation.
